THREE-GOAL SECOND-HALF LIFTS DELVAL PAST KEYSTONE

DOYLESTOWN (PA) – Delaware Valley College scored three times in the second half as the Aggies ran its winning streak to three with a 3-1 triumph over visiting Keystone College in a non-conference game.

Delaware Valley is now 4-1 on the season and has already matched its entire win total from head coach Tom Drummond's rookie campaign in 2011 (4-14). The Giants saw their overall record drop to 2-4.

Keystone scored the lone goal of the first half as Carlos Forero took advantage of a bad Aggie clear and put the ball in the net with just 11:52 off the clock.

Delaware Valley tied it up just 5:43 into the second stanza as Bobby Sitler sent a crossing pass to Steve Mannato and Mannato beat Giant goalkeeper Dany O'Rourke. Mannato struck again with 25:11 remaining as he headed in a pass from Kevin Robinson. Mannato now has four goals on the season.

Tyler Yankovich gave the Aggies an insurance goal with 18:42 left as he caught up with a through ball from Justin Mannato and knocked in his team-best fifth goal of the season.

Delaware Valley held advantages of 13-9 in shots and 5-2 in corners. Chase Clement stopped five shots while picking up the win. O'Rourke recorded three saves for Keystone.
