DOYLESTOWN (PA) – The Delaware Valley University baseball team shut out the University of Valley Forge, 18-0 in eight innings on Wednesday. The game was ended early due to darkness.
The Aggies improved to 14-12 on the year while the Patriots dropped to 1-24.

Wayne Kinsey led DelVal with three hits (five at-bats), two triples, four RBI and one run scored. Junior center fielder
Nate Cummings was two-for-three with a triple, three RBI and two runs scored. Sophomore designated hitter

Freshman
Joe McGlade picked up the win (1-0) in his collegiate debut. He went five innings and allowed one hit while striking out four. Waldo Odens Jr. suffered the loss (0-3).
Catcher Ryon McGinness and left fielder David Castro-Ward both recorded a double for Valley Forge.
Next, the Aggies host Manhattanville College for a conference game on Friday, April 22 (3:30 p.m.).
