Box Score FORT PIERCE (FL) -- Messiah College took advantage of Delaware Valley College miscues in the late innings and registered a 13-4 triumph over the Aggies in Florida.
Delaware Valley fell to 3-4 on the season while the Falcons improved their mark to 2-4.
The Aggies scored three times in the third inning, including RBI singles by Brandon Bell and 
Jeff Sennett, to take a 3-1 lead. Messiah went ahead 5-4 after five innings and it stayed that way until late in the game when the Falcons scored eight times over the final two innings to pull away. Derek Drake led Messiah's attack with three RBIs.
Pete O'Hara went 1-for-3 with two runs scored and two stolen bases for Delaware Valley. 
Jake Richard took the loss as he went five innings and allowed five runs (two earned) and five hits while striking out six.
