Box Score 2 FORT PIERCE (FL) – Delaware Valley College picked up strong pitching performances from 
Mike Kearney and 
Chad Schmuck as the Aggies swept a doubleheader from Hilbert College, 12-6 and 4-2, on their Spring Break trip to Florida.
 
The victories improved Delaware Valley to 3-3 on the season, including a 2-2 mark on the trip. It was the season opener for Hilbert.
 
Kearney went six innings in the opener and allowed three runs and four hits while striking out five. Schmuck notched a complete-game victory in the nightcap as he allowed two runs (one earned) and seven hits over seven innings. He walked three and fanned seven.
 
In the opener, every Delaware Valley player in the starting lineup notched at least one RBI. 
Jordan Heisler had two as he went 2-for-5. 
Cody Hudnall and 
Jeff Sennett were each 2-for-4.
 
The second game saw the Aggies trail 2-0 early before 
Nate Reddell's two-run single in the second tied it up. It stayed a 2-2 game until the sixth when Delaware Valley had two runners on with two outs. An error on the Hilbert rightfielder allowed one run to score while a second came in when 
Pete O'Hara followed with an RBI single.
 
O'Hara went 2-for-4 with a double and that RBI. Reddell was 1-for-2 while Heisler was 1-for-2 with a run scored and a stolen base.
