BETHLEHEM (PA) -- The Delaware Valley University men's cross country team sent five runners to the Paul Short College Invitational at Lehigh University on Saturday and the team finished 35
th out of 37 in the white division.
The Aggies finished ahead of Gwynedd Mercy University and Cabrini University with an average 8K time of 34:49 and 1,035 points. Ramapo College took first place honors with 109 points and an average team mark of 26:59.
Junior Joshua Loew paced the squad with a finish of 29:26 and in 147
th place out of 292 student-athletes competing in the event. Freshman
Logan Cooper and sophomore
Tyler Schwab followed with marks of 34:08 and 35:38, respectively. Another rookie, Luke Mauro, also finished with the group of Cooper and Schwab, coming in at 35:39. Junior
Kevin Naviloff rounded out the field of Aggies with a mark of 38:51.
DelVal will be back in action next Saturday at DeSales University, the site of the 2018 NCAA Division III Mideast Regional that will take place in November. Saturday's race will start at 10:30 a.m.
