Box Score ST. DAVIDS (PA) – Seven-time defending Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom champion and 12^th-ranked Eastern University cruised to a 3-0 victory over visiting Delaware Valley University on Wednesday evening. Set scores were 25-5, 25-4 and 25-5.
 
The win lifted the Eagles to 8-2 overall and 1-1 in conference action while the Aggies fell to 0-4 and 0-1.
 
It was all Eastern as the Eagles registered 33 kills, a .431 hitting percentage and 12 service aces. Fourteen players hit the court with Morgan Shemonski and Stephanie Elechko leading the way with nine and eight kills respectively. Rachael Graham and Rikki Schlager combined for 25 assists.  
 
Kayla Bracken and Kourtney Campbell recorded the lone kills of the night for DelVal. Bracken also had six digs, one assist and one block. Nicole Daigneault added four digs and one assist.
 
The Aggies will travel to Wilkes University for a tri-match on Saturday, September 19.
