In the opener, Zoe Heinke hurled a three-hit shutout for the Bears (10-22) as she permitted a double to Nina Stachura and singles to Alexis Boucher and Loran Mihaliak. Meanwhile, Heinke also led an offensive attack that put three runs on the board in the first, two more in the second and ended the game with a four spot in the fifth stanza. The second game saw Ursinus score six times in the bottom of first, including a two-run double by Heinke and a two-run single by Nikki Djambinov.
