DALLAS (PA) – After a week off, the Delaware Valley College men's and women's cross country teams returned to action at the 2012 Cougar Classic hosted by Misericordia University. The men placed 10th out of 14 teams while the women were 11th out of 13.

For the Delaware Valley men, Andrew McMillan led the way by placing 47st out of 174 runners with a time of 29 minutes, 37.02 seconds. Jason Doll (29:38.12) was one place behind while Chris Beard (84th – 31:01.76), Matt Hoagland (111th – 32:15.18) and Sam McCaffrey (149th – 25:49.80) rounded out the scorers.

On the women's side, Shelby Garner finished in 18th place in the 136-runner field thanks to a time of 25 minutes, 51.98 seconds. Tracey Forsythe (80th – 28:59.36), Jennifer Walker (91st – 29:31.48), Dana Kilgariff (119th – 32:25.63) and Natalie Marks (133rd – 37:16.74) also ran for the Aggies
