DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - D3hoops.com has announced its all-region teams on Tuesday afternoon. Delaware Valley men's basketball head coach Muhamadou Kaba was named All-Region 4 Coach of the Year, while Antonio Redding was named to the Second Team. 

These awards add to their success of 2025 after winning the MAC Freedom Championship where Redding was named MVP and Co-Player of the Year. Coach Kaba was awarded MAC Freedom Coach of the Year after an impressive turnaround ending the regular season on a 5-1 run and making Delaware Valley's fourth NCAA Tournament appearance. 

Players were nominated for these awards by the Sports Information Directors at the various schools, and schools and conferences were each contacted multiple times as the season wound down to remind them to make their players eligible. There were 789 players nominated nationwide. The ballot was then made available to a number of SIDs, as well as D3hoops.com staff and contributors, who voted for a predetermined number of players in their region. It's the 24th season D3hoops.com has named All-Region teams.
