WACO, Texas - Senior offensive lineman Dave Casas was named a Second Team All-American by the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) following a dominant 2025 season.
Casas anchored an offensive unit that allowed just eight sacks all season. Delaware Valley led the conference with 4,246 total yards (1,381 rushing, 2,865 passing) and averaged 7.2 yards per play—nearly 500 more than second-place Lebanon Valley.
Head coach Mike Isgro on Casas' contributions: "Dave is a four-year starter and two-year captain. This is a great honor for him—he's put in a ton of time and work for Delaware Valley over his four years. He's one of the best offensive linemen to play here and a fantastic teammate and leader."
Casas capped a standout career with multiple honors, including 2025 All-MAC First Team Offense, 2023 D3Football All-Region 1 Third Team Offense, and 2023 All-MAC First Team Offense.
