Women's Tennis Blanked At Home By King's

DOYLESTOWN (PA) – The Delaware Valley University women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision versus King's College in a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom contest at home on Saturday afternoon.
 
The Aggies dropped to 5-7 overall and 0-4 in conference play.
 
Aubrey Errickson at first singles dropped back-to-back 6-0 sets. At second singles, Allie Vaccaro had a 6-4 and 6-1 setback and Eric Volov, at third singles, lost with 6-1, 6-2 sets. Miller Huertgen at fourth dropped 7-5 and 6-1 sets, and in the last singles match of the day, a pro-set, Nicki Fox fell 8-6.
 
In the first doubles match of the day, the team of Aubrey Errickson and Miller Huertgen fell, 8-2. Erin Volov and Nicki Fox also lost at doubles. DelVal defaulted the last doubles match of the day as the Monarchs swept the Aggies.

In their next scheduled match, DelVal will next host Manhattanville College at home this Wednesday, April 17, at 2:30 PM.
