Box Score DOYLESTOWN (Pa.) -- The Delaware Valley University women's tennis team won eight out of nine matches to earn an 8-1 home triumph over Gwynedd Mercy University on Saturday morning. 

The Aggies improved to 3-1 overall with their second win on home court this season. Aubrey Errickson and Ally Grzembski took an 8-1 win at first doubles and Chloe Dennerlein and Erin Volov battled through a tough second doubles match to come away with an 8-7 win. Miller Huertgen and Nicki Fox earned another win at third doubles with an 8-4 score. 

Errickson competed at first singles and won in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2. Volov took the court at second singles and suffered the only DelVal loss of the day, 6-1, 6-3. Dennerlein won her fourth singles match, 6-4 and 6-3, and Huertgen took the fifth singles match in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1. Lindsey Echelmeier rounded out the day with a win at sixth singles by scores of 6-1, 6-1.
