Women's Tennis Win Streak Comes To A Halt At Drew

MADISON (Nj.) -- The Delaware Valley University women's tennis team saw its three-match win streak come to an end this afternoon with a 6-3 setback at Drew University.

The Aggies fell to 4-2 overall while the Rangers improved to 5-4.

Chloe Dennerlein and Nicki Fox picked up the lone win at singles, but both matches needed a tie breaker to settle the score. Dennerlein's sets went 2-6, 6-2, and 10-5 in the tiebreaker while Fox won 6-2 before losing 5-3, and ultimately winning in the tiebreaker, 10-8. Erin Volov also went to a tiebreaker in her singles match, but was downed 10-7.

DelVal's duo of Aubrey Errickson and Allie Vaccaro earned the lone doubles victory with an 8-6 score at first doubles.
