WILKES-BARRE (PA) – The Delaware Valley University women's tennis concluded its 2017-18 season with an 8-1 loss at King's College in a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom.
The Lady Monarchs improved to 4-10 overall and 2-3 in the MAC Freedom. The Aggies, who defeated King's at home for their first-ever conference win last season, ended the campaign with a 4-15 overall mark (0-6 MAC Freedom).

Laken Henry and junior
Allie Vaccaro teamed for an 8-4 triumph over Cailyn Hiller and Diana Rodriguez. Vaccaro was also in the tightest match in singles as she took on Emily Kabalka at the second spot. Kabalka netted a 7-5, 6-3 victory.
Henry also competed at singles and dropped a 6-2, 6-4 decision at number four. Fellow seniors
Natalie Hoffman and
Melanie Mayhew were at first and third singles respectively with Mayhew garnering three games in her match. The fourth senior on the squad,
Tess Hansler, teamed with Hoffman in a loss at first singles.
