DOYLESTOWN (PA) -- The Delaware Valley University men's tennis team took to the road for two Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom matches on Saturday but fell to Misericordia University 6-1 before falling at Wilkes University, 9-0.

The Aggies fell to 3-12 overall and 0-4 in the MAC Freedom.

Nick Gaetano got the lone win against the Cougars (1-8, 1-1) as he took his third singles match in a tie-breaker set, 6-2. He won the first set 6-2 before dropping the second, 7-5, to set up the tie-breaker. 

At Wilkes (12-4, 3-0), Nicolas Princetta and Tyler Woytas lost at second doubles 8-1 and Princetta fell at first singles 6-0 and 6-1. Ryan Lombardo fell in second singles 6-1, 6-0 and Gaetano lost at third singles, 6-2 and 6-0.
