WILKES-BARRE (PA) – The Delaware Valley University doubles' tandem of sophomore Chloe Dennerlein and senior Laken Henry saw their run at the 2017 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Women's Tennis Individual Championship come to an end Sunday morning in the semifinals.

Dennerlein and Henry dropped an 8-2 decision at fourth doubles to Nicole Gaetani and Courtney McCowan of powerhouse Wilkes University. However, the two were the first Aggies to reach the MAC semifinals and Sunday competition in the four-year history of the Aggie women's tennis program.

The tandem got to Sunday thanks to an 8-4 triumph over Emily Herzog and Lindzie King of Stevenson University in the quarterfinals. They had a bye in the opening round.
 
Dennerlein had also reached the quarterfinals in singles play while Henry lost in the opening round.
