Box Score ROSEMONT (PA) – The Delaware Valley University men's lacrosse team ended a two-game slide with a 15-3 victory at Rosemont College on Saturday.
The Aggies are now 2-3 on the year while the Ravens dropped to 1-5.
DelVal was ahead 2-0 within the first three minutes on goals by freshman
PJ Rafferty and sophomore
Chris Coyle. Ralph Ibezim got Rosemont on the board with 9:22 on the first quarter clock. The Aggies then took over with five straight goals by five different players in a 6:40 span from late in the opening frame to 9:05 left in the second. The Ravens received a marker from Zach Bowe at the 8:10 mark and DelVal led 7-2 at halftime.
The Aggies shut down any chance of a Rosemont comeback with eight consecutive goals, six in the third quarter. Coyle hit the back of the net three times in the stretch and freshman
Austin Sensenig scored twice. The Ravens' final tally came with 14 ticks remaining.
Sensenig was the leading scorer with three goals and four assists. Coyle finished with five goals and Rafferty posted two goals and two assists. Junior

Matt Brady each totaled one goal and one assist. Sophomore

Tyler Roberto each scored one goal while sophomore
Joseph Long notched one assist. Freshman
Matt Tordone went 13-for-20 on face-offs. Senior
Jon Fogarty tallied 14 saves in goal.
Remington Walker, Ibrezim and Bowe had the goals for Rosemont and Stephen Licata had one assist. Cassius Christie played 58 minutes in goal and stopped nine shots. Kiefer Paul made one save in the final two minutes.
The Aggies visit Arcadia University for the inaugural Battle for the Bucks-Mont Hammer on Wednesday, March 23 (7:00 p.m.).
