Box Score ABINGTON (PA) – Richard Domico scored one goal and assisted on another as Penn State-Abington registered a 3-1, non-conference home victory over Delaware Valley University.
Both teams saw its records move to 1-1 on the season.
Domico opened the scoring with an unassisted tally less than 20 minutes into the contest. The Nittany Lions then made it 2-0 with 15:11 left before the intermission on a Diego Caban goal off a Chris Van Pelt assist.

Nick Miller took a feed from junior
Max Drummond and deposited his first collegiate goal. Miller had two assists in the opening game of the year and now has a team-best four points in two contests.
It remained a one-goal game until Domico set up a tally by Pablo Zalduondo with 27:38 left. Penn State-Abington held advantages of 15-8 in shots and 3-1 in corners.
Sophomore
Austin Brotman had four saves in 70-plus minutes for DelVal. Freshman
Connor Hedgepeth saw his first action in net as well.
The Aggies will head to Penn State Harrisburg for a non-conference game on Saturday, September 5 (12:00 p.m.).
