Box Score DOYLESTOWN (PA) – The Delaware Valley University women's soccer team dropped its non-conference game to Drew University on Saturday by a score of 2-1.
The Aggies have a 2-4-1 record on the year while the Rangers hold a 3-4 mark.
A pair of early first-half goals held up for Drew. Senior Emma Campbell had both tallies. Her first came just 44 seconds into the contest. Campbell headed in a rebound off of senior Shannon Slowey's shot. Campbell struck again only 2:30 later, when she directed in a cross from freshman Meghan McDermott.

Nikki Dunlap drew DelVal within one just 1:31 into the second half. She streaked up the left side of the field and deposited a shot into the right side of the goal just past Rangers' junior goalkeeper Andee Higgins. The Aggies had opportunities to convert the equalizer but the Drew defense held on to secure the victory.
Senior Sara Nash earned the win, making three saves in the opening period. Higgins played the entire second stanza and finished with two stops. Senior
Brenna Coll made six saves for DelVal. The teams were almost even in both shots and corner kicks, with Drew holding narrow 16-14 and 5-4 advantages.
The Aggies will look to break their two-game slide on Wednesday, September 23 when they host Arcadia University (7:00 p.m.).
