Delaware Valley picked up its wins at number two and number four singles. At the second spot,
Melanie Mayhew took the first set over Julia Keppel, 6-4. Keppel then had to retire in the second set. At fourth singles,
Tess Hansler was dominant in a 6-1 first set, but King's Miranda Warunek came back with a 7-5 decision in the second to force a tiebreaker. It was all Hansler in the tiebreaker with a 10-5 score.
However, King's picked up wins at the other four singles matches and swept the doubles competition, en route to the win. Â
