Box Score DOYLESTOWN (PA) – The Delaware Valley College men's lacrosse team scored four unanswered goals to start the second half and break a 4-4 tie, en route to a 10-6 triumph over visiting Rosemont College.
With the win the Aggies improved to 3-1 on the young season while the Ravens fell to 0-4.
After a scoreless first quarter, Delaware Valley got three unanswered goals in the first 3:33 of the second stanza.

Chris Coyle found
Seth Clauser for the 2-0 lead. Then, just 56 seconds later, Coyle got on the board with an unassisted tally and 11:27 remaining in the first half.
Rosemont made it a 3-1 game when Stephen Licata found Tyler Ferrara with just under six minutes on the clock ,but the Aggies got it right back as
Matt Brady set up Clauser for his second of the afternoon. With 2:19 to play in the quarter, the Ravens earned a man-up opportunity and capitalized when Zach Bowe fed Justin Regan to make it 4-2. Rosemont went on to score two more times in the final minute to even the score as the teams headed to the locker room at the half.
In the third quarter,
Bill Long got on the board with his third of the season to give the Aggies a lead they would not relinquish. With 3:09 remaining in the quarter,
Riley Kratzke added to the lead with his first goal of the year. He earned his second just before the stanza expired and 30 seconds after
Nick Shendge found the back of the net to put Delaware Valley ahead 8-4 going into the fourth quarter.
Rosemont got one back when Rasool Smith scored with 8:29 left in regulation, but Coyle and Kratzke answered back for the Aggies with their second and third tallies of the day to extend the lead to 10-5. The Ravens scored one more before the horn sounded, but it was not enough as Delaware Valley walked away with the 10-6 victory.
The Aggies put 23 shots on goal compared to just 10 for the Ravens as Delaware Valley's defense held Rosemont to just two shots on goal in that pivotal third quarter. Coyle and Kratzke led the squad with four points each and Jenkins paced the defensive effort with four caused turnovers and eight groundballs. Tomasik played all 60 minutes in between the pipes for the Aggies and made four saves in the win.
Ferrara led the Ravens with two goals on two shots and Kiefer Paul made 13 saves in the loss.
