Box Score DALLAS (PA) – Jennifer O'Neill and Colby Eldridge combined for five goals and 12 points on the afternoon as host Misericordia University triumphed over Delaware Valley College, 5-2, in a Freedom Conference battle.
 
The loss dropped the Aggies to 6-12 overall and 1-4 in league play with two games remaining while the Cougars remained tied atop the standings with a 5-1 conference record (11-6 overall).
 
Misericordia wasted no time as it scored three goals in the first 7:15 of the contest with O'Neill picking up two in an 18-second span, the first coming just 95 seconds into game.  She then found Eldridge for her first of the day and the 3-0 advantage.  Eldridge added one more before the half and the Cougars took a commanding 4-0 lead into the break.
 
O'Neill picked up her hat trick less than five minutes into the second half.  Kelsey Zook got the Aggies on the board with her seventh goal of the season on a penalty stroke with 19:50 to play in regulation.  Three minutes and 29 seconds later, Carlie Baldus picked up her seventh of the season off a pass from Taylor Prichett.
 
Misercordia outshot Delaware Valley, 24-17, but it was the Aggies with an 8-6 edge in corners. Emily Aldridge had 14 saves in the losing effort.
