KUTZTOWN (PA) -- Delaware Valley College junior Alexis Maylor finished in fifth place in the heptathlon against mostly Division II competiiton at the two-day Mondschein Multi held at Kutztown University.

Maylor, who is the defending Middle Atlantic Conference champion after setting a school and conference record in the event, racked up 3,845 points over the seven events. Her top finish among the 17 competitors came in the 100-meter hurdles where she picked up 767 points by placing second with a time of 15.58 seconds.

Teammate Emmarose Boyle also competed and finished in 15th place with 2,341 overall points.
