DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – The Delaware Valley track and field teams delivered a well-rounded effort at the Paul Donahue Invitational over the weekend, competing in a full slate of events against a deep field.
 
The Aggies were led by Victor Cruz, who turned in a pair of top-eight sprint finishes with a fourth-place run in the 200m and an eighth-place showing in the 400m, while Javius Dent paced a strong throws group with a seventh-place finish in the discus.
 
Gregory Sommer added a top-10 mark in the pole vault, and Izzy LaPerry led the women in the field with a 14th-place finish in the javelin.
 
On the track, Emma East contributed across multiple events, helping highlight Delaware Valley's versatility with additional efforts in the relays and mid-distance races.
