11 Career Records Set at Ursinus Track and Field Festival

COLLEGEVILLE, PA. – The Delaware Valley men's and women's track and field teams traveled to Ursinus for the Track and Field Festival leaving the competition with 11 new career records and six season-best marks.
 
Nicole Ocejo and Zariah Prescott both recorded new career-bests in their respective events. Ocejo placed 30th in the women's javelin throw with a career-best mark of 20.11m. Prescott recorded her best time in the women's 400m crossing the line in fourth place at 1:01.46. She also had a season-best time in the women's 200m clocking in at 27.76 for eighth place overall.
 
Both Matthew Skikus and Isaac Boyer hit new career-bests in the men's 1500m. Skikus crossed the line in 4:26.09 followed by Boyer at 4:27.63. The sprinters had quite the showing with five new personal records across four events. Michael Maxwell kicked things off with a 12.39 time in the men's 100m. Pepijn Middel clocked in at 23.58 in the men's 200m. Both Matthew O'Dunlami and Moses Madison saw top times in the men's 400m clocking in at 49.82 and 51.30, respectively. Jaidyn White recorded his best 400m hurdle performance with a time of 57.43. Aidan Gallagher and William Hale saw personal success in the men's 800 with new personal records of 2:24.14 and 2:31.25, respectively.
 
Altogether the Aggies recorded 10 top-10 times including a third-place finish in the men's 4x100m relay thanks to the squad of Madison, O'Dunlami, Janiel Taveras and John Williams
