GLENSIDE (PA) – Arcadia University scored three times in the second half as the Knights pulled away to a 4-1 victory over visiting Delaware Valley College in a non-conference game.

Arcadia (2-0) took a 1-0 lead midway through the first half as Molly Goldstein scored off a feed from Marilyn Beatty. The Aggies (0-2) tied it with 13:02 remaining as sophomore Courtney Woodward notched her first collegiate goal with freshman Taylor Prichett  picking up the assist.

However, the second half belonged to the Knights as they registered 12 shots with three hitting the back of the cage. Jennie Kamel's unassisted tally just 5:14 into the stanza proved to be the game-winner. Beatty and Katrina Dull followed with goals for the 4-1 final.

For the game, Arcadia outshot Delaware Valley, 17-6, and it also held a 16-2 edge in corners. Junior Sandra Edwards stopped nine shots for the Aggies.
