DELVAL FALLS 3-0 AT KING'S

WILKES-BARRE (PA) – King's College scored with 22 seconds left in the first half and added two tallies in a two-minute span early in the second as the Lady Monarchs downed visiting Delaware Valley College, 3-0, in a Freedom Conference game.

The game appeared headed to halftime scoreless, but Calli Berryman changed that in the final seconds as she scored off her own rebound. In the second half, Jackie Sikora then connected for back-to-back goals and her sixth and seventh tallies of the year.

King's (8-5, 1-2 Freedom) notched 29 shots and 17 corners in the game while holding the Aggies (2-11, 0-3) to one in each category. Two-time all-conference goalkeeper Hollis Hancock was outstanding in defeat and she registered a career-high 21 saves.
