DOYLESTOWN (PA) – Senior forward Elise Dauber scored two goals and became just the third player in Delaware Valley College women's soccer history to reach the 100-point milestone as the Aggies notched a 4-0, non-conference victory over visiting Immaculata University.
With Delaware Valley up 2-0 and the clock clicking down to 10 minutes remaining in the game, Nicki Martini sent a pass ahead that sprung Dauber on a breakaway. The reigning Freedom Conference Player of the Year then banked the ball off the left goalpost and into the net for her second goal of the game and the milestone. Dauber now has 42 goals and 16 assists in her career and joined 1999 graduate Emilie Replogle (94 goals, 42 assists, 230 points) and 2006 graduate Ana Mecaj (43 goals, 20 assists, 106 points) on the exclusive list.
The Aggies (4-1)  jumped out to a 1-0 halftime lead as Jessica Stahley notched her first goal of the season off an assist from Christine Del Turco with 8:34 to go before the break. Dauber notched an unassisted tally just 5:37 into the second stanza for the 2-0 advantage. After Dauber's milestone, freshman Dana Gentile completed the scoring with her first collegiate goal off a feed from Jackie Minnich with 3:18 remaining.
Delaware Valley held a 20-13 advantage in shots. Cortney Bower recorded six saves and earned the shutout while Jessica Gaburo had seven stops for the Mighty Macs (0-4-2).
