DOYLESTOWN (PA) – Elise Carpenter scored two goals while Elise Dauber added a goal and two assists as Delaware Valley College blanked visiting Neumann College, 4-0, in a non-conference game.

The Aggies (2-0) needed just 43 seconds to get on the scoreboard as Dauber fed Carpenter for a mini-breakaway and a 1-0 lead. Ten minutes later, Johanna Lovallo scored her first goal as an Aggie as the junior transfer notched an unassisted tally. Carpenter and Dauber teamed up again with 9:35 to go in the first half as Delaware Valley took a 3-0 lead into the break.

Dauber, the reigning Freedom Conference Player of the Year, scored her third goal of the season nearly 15 minutes into the second stanza for the 4-0 final. The senior now has 38 goals and 15 assists for 91 points in her career, and is closing in on becoming just the third player in program history to reach the 100-point milestone.

Delaware Valley held a 33-5 advantage in shots. Cortney Bower and Jess Thomas played a half apiece and combined for the shutout. Vicky Segal stopped 20 shots for the Knights (0-3-1).
