Storylines and Notes
  • After a slow start on both sides of the ball in week one, DelVal responded with a statement win against defending MAC champion King's thanks to a focused week of practice.
  • The defense forced five turnovers (three fumbles, two interceptions) and converted those into 14 second-quarter points, helping the Aggies build a 21-0 lead.

  • Linebacker Jeremiah Clark added five solo tackles, forced two fumbles, and came away with an interception. He leads the MAC with 27 total tackles through two games.
  • Offensively, transfer QB Mike Galasso had a breakout performance, throwing for 335 yards and four touchdowns behind an offensive line that did not allow a sack and surrendered just two QB hurries.
  • Galasso's top target was Gavin Migliori, who hauled in five receptions for 139 yards and two touchdowns, earning him the fan-voted Aggie of the Week award.
  • Receiver Alex Rufe made the most of his touches, scoring on both of his receptions for a combined 52 yards.
  • The Aggies' run game showed flashes late, highlighted by a 26-yard rush from Zyaire Goffney-Fleming, who led the team with 51 yards on 11 carries. Goffney-Fleming, Jerimya Paula, and Justin Brown each scored short-yardage touchdowns from the 1-yard line.
  • Saturday's matchup features the MAC's top two passers. Galasso ranks second with 544 yards, while Albright QB Chase Roberts leads the league with 567 yards and a 64.8 completion percentage. Roberts threw for 277 yards and three touchdowns against Misericordia.
  • Roberts spreads the ball effectively, with receivers Arthur Poindexter (201 yards) and Alden Stickler (186 yards) leading the MAC in receiving yards.
  • RB Roger Romany-Walker carried the ball 16 times for 79 yards in Albright's loss last week.
