GWYNEDD VALLEY, Pa. - The Delaware Valley University baseball team falls to the Gwynedd Mercy University Griffins in 7 innings 23-7.

Reese Hackett started the Aggies off with a single up the middle, followed by a single by
Liam Martin.
Blake Ramos was hit by a pitch, filling up the bases for
Braedyn Kormanic. Kormanic grounded into a double play, scoring Hackett, putting the Aggies up by one in the first inning. The Griffins fought back, scoring six runs in the bottom of the first inning with seven hits. The Griffins scored three more in the second, increasing their lead 9-1. First year
Travis Loewe started on the mound for the Aggies and pitched two innings.

The Aggies had bases loaded with no outs when
John Dzielawa was hit by a pitch, scoring one. With a ground-out to the first baseman, the Aggies scored one more run in the top of the third. The Griffins did not settle at nine runs, putting on four more in the bottom of the third.

With one out and Ramos on first, Kormanic doubled to left field scoring Ramos. Dzielawa also doubled, scoring one. The Aggies put up two runs with three hits in the fourth, decreasing the Griffins lead to eight.

The Aggies saw their first pitching change for the Griffins, and after a double play, scored two runs on four hits from
Gavin Migliori, Hackett, Martin, and Ramos. The Griffins, once again, struck back by scoring five, the score 19-7. The Griffins added two more in the bottom of the sixth, leaving the Aggies with a loss of 23-7.

th at 3:00 p.m. when they travel to Penn State Brandywine.
