WESTMINSTER, Md. – The Delaware Valley men's and women's cross country teams traveled south for the ECAC Championships with both teams claiming third place in their respective races.
The men's squad tallied a total of 82 points in the 8K led by Matt Skikus who claimed 16th overall with a final time of 29:47.51.
Colton Del Collo claimed top 20 crossing the line just about two minutes later clocking in at 31:42.41.
Caleb Messenger (33:32.34), Jake Cammarota (34:11.45), Isaac Boyer (34:32.04) and William Hale (41:37.63) rounded out the field for the Aggies finishing back-to-back in 24th through 27th place.
The women's team tallied 68 points in the 8K led by Emma East in 14th place with a final time of 26:36.18.
Linday Taylor joined East in the top 20 claiming 16th overall with a final time of 27:09.50. Samantha Swearingen followed closely behind in 21st clocking in at 29:06.47.
Eva Herrera and Lennix Horburgh rounded out the field for the Aggies clocking in at 31:16.59 and 37:04.06, respectively.
The Aggies return to action next Saturday, Nov. 16 for the NCAA Regionals hosted by Stockton University.
