DOYLESTOWN, Pa – The Delaware Valley University men's soccer team drop their fifth straight game to FDU-Florham, dropping them to 0-6 in conference play.
Two minutes into the match, the Aggies looked to take an early lead with a shot from
Zachary Zub, but his shot sailed into the goalkeepers' hands. Four minutes later, the Devils fired back, giving
Nick Becker his first save of the night. The Devils went onto hold possession for the next three minutes and scored, taking an early 1-0 lead. After eleven minutes of back-and-forth possession,
Rourke Watson tied the game with a solo shot. The Devils responded quickly, scoring their second goal of the night. The Aggies had three more scoring opportunities before
Danny Henson saw an open
Jacob Luciani, who tied the match at 2 goals apiece.
For 20 minutes, FDU-Florham kept possession and had five shots, with Becker saving two. At the 73
rd minute, Zub looked to take the lead with a quick shot, but the goalkeeper made a diving play. With three minutes left on the clock, Devils' Drilon Toska scored his third goal of the night, securing the 2-3 victory for FDU-Florham.
