STATEN ISLAND (Ny.)--- The women's 4x400 relax team of Alysia Joseph, Paige Thompson, Alyssa Blackmon and Sarah Mullen broke the DelVal record with a time of 4:29.03 as the Aggies competed at the Big Apple Invitational at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex.
In addition to the impressive showing in the 4x400, Alyssa Blackmon set a PR in the mile run with a time of 5:40.79.
Paige Thompson set a personal record of 5.03 meters in the long jump, giving her a 14th place finish out of 41 jumpers and the second best time out of all division three participants. She also jumped 9.93 meters in the triple jump.
Sarah Mullen ran a season best 9.54 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles.
Kait Jones competed in the weight throw with a throw of 12.57 meters.
Alysia Joseph ran 1:02.75 in the 400 meter dash.
