BETHLEHEM (Pa.)--- The Delaware Valley men's and women's indoor track and field teams took a small group of throwers to the Moravian Invitational on Saturday.
On the women's side, Delaney Hilferty finished ninth out of 19 throwers in the women's shot put with a throw of 10.33 meters. She also competed in the weight throw with a throw of 10.34 meters.
Kait Jones took home 21st in the weight throw with a distance of 11.50 meters and threw 8.40 meters in the shot put.
Brandon Perot led the men with a sixth place finish in the shot put, recording a throw of 13.97 meters.
James Mahana threw 11.65 meters in the men's shot put, while Greg Gipe finished at 10.38 meters.
In the men's weight throw, John Mahana threw 9.95 meters.
The Aggies return to action on Saturday, as they head to the Monmouth University Winter Collegiate Invitational.
