BETHLEHEM (Pa.) -- Moravian College got goals from four different players and held the visiting Delaware Valley University field hockey team off the score sheet en route to a 4-0 non-conference victory on Tuesday night.
The Greyhounds (8-2) took just 1:15 to get on the board as Sarah Bietka drove home her third of the season from the middle of the circle. Still in the first, Bekkah Kehoe delivered a long pass to Moravian's leading goal scorer Ava Edwards and she found the back of the cage to make it 2-0 going into the second.
The Aggies (1-10) sent one shot toward the cage in the second, but could not break through. Moravian had four shots in the stanza and Maddie Call was able to make it a three-goal game before the half with a long shot from the left side. In the second half, the Greyhounds tacked on one more midway through the fourth quarter for the 4-0 final.
Alyssa Rudd played all 60 minutes between the pipes and made eight saves for DelVal.
