WARMINSTER (PA) – Delaware Valley University went head-to-head with fellow Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom school FDU-Florham on Monday and dropped a 332-359 decision at Five Ponds Golf Course.

Six golfers from each squad hit the par-71, 6,672-yard course with the top four performances counting towards the team score. The Devils posted five of the top six scores on the afternoon, including Brendan Demitus as he shot a nine-over-par 80. Mike Lieberman had a round of 83 while Chris Fazio added an 84. Bobby Greer III and Ryan Masien each shot an 85.

For the Aggies, Colton Lesh had nine pars on the day and finished with a 12-over-par 83. Nathan Frick added a 91 while Ryan Obes was one stroke behind at 92. Eric Wimmer and Tyler Wotas each carded a 93 and Austin Stoeckel finished with a 95.

DelVal will take on Alvernia University at the Lookaway Golf Club in Buckingham, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, April 11.
