WARMINSTER (PA) – Playing for the third time this week, the Delaware Valley University men's golf team dropped a 345-355 match to Arcadia University at Five Ponds Golf Course.
The Aggies had a head-to-had match with FDU-Florham on Tuesday and were at the Moravian College Fall Invitational on Thursday. Friday's match took place on their home, par-71 course (6,672 yards) and six members competed with four counting towards the team score.
Colton Lesh and
Tyler Woytas tied for top honors as they each shot an 85. Lesh had a near hole-in-one on the third hole.
Nathan Frick and
Eric Wimmer each carded a 92 to complete the team scoring.
Jared Hanson and
Colin Casserly also hit the course and finished with rounds of 93 and 96 respectively.
The Knights' Kyle Henofer and Austin Lunstedt had the best rounds of the day as they each shot a six-over-par 77.
DelVal will compete at the Muhlenberg College Fall Invitational on Monday, October 2.
