BUCKINGHAM (PA) – In its final tune-up before the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom Men's Golf Championships, Delaware Valley University dropped a 311-353 decision to Cabrini College at Lookaway Golf Club.
 
Defending MAC Freedom champion Dom Foti paced the Aggies with a 13-over-par 85 while fellow senior Bobby Marterella was right behind with a round of 87. Senior Steve Dosiak carded an 88 and sophomore Marc Teo rounded out the team scoring with a 93.
 
The Cavaliers' Dan Gentilucci had the best score of the day as he finished with a two-over-par 74. Dave Gall was four strokes behind Gentilucci while Clay Anders and Joe Myers shot rounds of 79 and 80 respectively.
 
DelVal will head to Hershey, Pennsylvania for the two-day, 36-hole conference tournament. The first 18 holes will take place on Saturday, April 23 and the final 18 will occur the next day.
