WARMINSTER (PA) – The Delaware Valley University men's golf team defeated FDU-Florham, 328-336 in a dual match at Five Ponds Golf Course on Monday.
The Aggies improved to 2-1 in head-to-head matches this season while the Devils dropped to 1-3.
Senior
Steve Dosiak and junior
Dom Foti both shot an 80 on the par-71 course to lead the pack. Senior
Bobby Marterella was one stroke back with a 10-over-par 81 and tied with FDU-Florham's Daeshon Underwood. After a pair of Devils' golfers, freshman
Colin Casserly carded an 87 to round out the team score for DelVal.
Sophomore
Marc Teo and freshman
Colton Lesh both finished two strokes behind Casserly with an 89. Eric Swankoski was the fourth man for FDU-Florham, posting the 10
th-best score with a 90.
Next, the Aggies welcome Penn State Abington for a dual match at Huntingdon Valley Country Club on Wednesday, April 13 (1:00 p.m.).
