Box Score ST. DAVIDS (PA) – Colin Furlong and Cade Harmon combined for two goals and two assists to lead Eastern University to a 3-0 home victory over Delaware Valley University in a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom men's soccer game.
 
The win lifted the Eagles to a 9-2-1 overall record and 1-1 in league action. The Aggies saw their marks drop to 5-6-1 and 0-2.
 
Harmon set up Furlong for the first goal of the game in the 14^th minute. Less than two minutes later, it was Harmon's turn to find the back of the net and Eastern took a 2-0 lead into the intermission. A little more than 10 minutes into the second stanza, Furlong sent a long pass through the defense and to Harmon who finished the play for a 3-0 advantage.
 
The Eagles held a 25-3 advantage in shot and had all nine corner attempts in the contest. Connor Hedgepeth played 63 minutes in net for DelVal and had seven saves. Sean Conroy made one stop the rest of the way.
 
The Aggies will host FDU-Florham for a MAC Freedom game on Tuesday, October 11 (7 p.m.).
