This past Saturday, the Delaware Valley University cheerleading team ended its grueling week of camp by performing a dance routing at the 47th annual Miss Black America Pageant held at Temple University.

The creator of the Miss Black America Pagaent, J. Morris Anderson, and the producer, Aleta Anderson, invited the Aggies to perform for the well-know, philanthropic, non-profit organization that originated in Philadelphia. The pageant promotes positivity, sisterhood, confidence and character for women of color, as well as providing charitable outreach programs for "War Against Teen Violence" i inner city schools across the United States.

The DelVal performance was well-received by the audience and the team was honored to take part in the remarkable event.
