BUCKINGHAM (PA) – In its final tune-up before the Freedom Conference Championships, host Delaware Valley College dropped a 327-342 decision to Eastern University in a head-to-head contest at Lookaway Golf Club (par 72 - 6,437 yards).

The Aggies had five golfers hit the course with the top four individual scores counting toward the team tally. Ben Stermer had the best round for his team as he shot an 11-over-par 83. Steve Dosiak and Jeremy Knepper were each one stroke behind with 84's while Nick Dolimpio and Jack Walsh finished Monday afternoon with rounds of 91 and 92 respectively.

Eastern's Ryan Torresin and Logan Mauder had the top two scores of the afternoon as Torresin shot a two-over-par 74 while Mauder was five-over with a 77. Andrew Barbin had a round of 83 for the Eagles while Ethan Herr shot a 93.

Both teams will compete at the 2014 Freedom Conference Championships this Saturday and Sunday, April 26 and 27 at the Hersey Country Club.
