Box Score MADISON (NJ) – FDU-Florham held onto to a tie for first place in the Freedom Conference as it used a pair of second-half goals for a 2-0 victory over visiting Delaware Valley College.

The Devils improved to 9-5 overall and 3-1in the Freedom while the Aggies saw their marks fall to 8-7-1 overall and 1-3 in the league.

After a scoreless first half, FDU-Florham received tallies from Ryan Hurdes and Andrew Ruane. The first was on a penalty shot while the second was an insurance goal late in the contest.

The Devils had a slim, 8-6 advantage in shots. Chase Clement was credited with two saves for Delaware Valley.
