WILKES-BARRE (PA) – King's College received goals from four different players as the Monarchs posted a 4-0 victory over visiting Delaware Valley College in a Freedom Conference game.
King's (8-3-1, 2-1 Freedom) struck just 8:22 into the contest as David Stroh sent a ball through from the left side and Kevin Buchanan touched it into the net. Sixteen minutes later, Stroh set up Daniel Hernandez for his seventh goal of the year.
The Monarchs then added two goals in a seven-minute span in the second half thanks to tallies by Chris Nygren and Niall Croke. They finished with a 20-5 advantage in shots.
Chase Clements recorded five saves in net for Delaware Valley, which fell to 6-4-1 overall and 0-3 in the Freedom.
