DOYLESTOWN (PA) – Delaware Valley College improved to 2-0 on the season as the Aggies notched a 2-0 shutout over visiting Rosemont College on the opening day of the 2010 DVC Soccer Classic. 

The Aggies, who opened the season with a 1-0 triumph over Gwynedd-Mercy College on Wednesday, will take on Southern Vermont College on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. Rosemont will take on Juniata College at 1:00 p.m. 

Delaware Valley got on the scoreboard 12:08 into the contest as Joey Ordile's throw-in was headed into the net by Jim Fay. It stayed that way until just 74 seconds showed on the second-half clock as Ordile set up another header, this time off a long kick as Eric Devlin found the net. 

The Aggies held a 14-6 advantage in shots. Tristan Preece stopped four to earn his second straight shutout.
