DOVER (DE) – Delaware Valley College moved its record to 13-5 on the season as the Aggies went 1-2 at the Wesley College Tournament. They posted a 3-0 victory over Penn State-Abington, but dropped 3-0 decisions to Albright College and Wesley.
Delaware Valley opened the tournament against Albright and fell by scores of 28-26, 25-18 and 25-23.
Ashley Mikulsky notched seven kills and 22 digs while
Kelsey Fisher added seven kills as well.
Jaki Blood dished out 15 assists and
Kaitlyn Olsen blocked six kill attempts.
The Aggies then defeated Penn State-Abington for the second time this season. Game scores were 25-8, 25-16 and 25-19.
Shannon Goodell led the way with five kills while Mikulsky finished with 11 digs and three service aces. Blood and
Amy Scordato combined for 22 assists.
Paige Molusky added seven digs in the victory.
Wesley ended Delaware Valley's day by posting game scores of 25-18, 25-19 and 25-16.
Amy Estep led the Aggies with six kills while Olsen provided three blocks.
