Rachel Menin enters her fourth season as head coach of the Delaware Valley Women’s Volleyball program in 2025.
In 2024, Menin's senior Emma Helverson broke the DelVal single-match record, notching 14 blocks against conference foe FDU-Florham. Senior libero Grace Wilson was named to the MAC Freedom All-Conference Second Team, leading the team in digs with 467 total while recording a game-high of 36 in the contest at Cairn.
During the 2023 season, Menin and the Aggies defeated FDU-Florham 3-2 for the first time since 2013, going 11-14 overall.
In 2022, she helped lead the Aggies to a 12-10 record. Those 12 wins were the most wins in program history since 2013. During that season, Menin coached Junior, Olivia Deffendall, who was an honorable mention nominee to the 2022 MAC Freedom Women’s Volleyball Team.
Menin, a resident of Warminster, enters her 13th year of NCAA Division III coaching experience and over 20 years of coaching experience between the high school and collegiate levels.
Most recently, Coach Menin was at the helm of the Clarks Summit University women's volleyball program from 2017-19. Menin was an assistant coach with the Defenders for four years before being named interim head coach prior to the 2017 season. After a successful first campaign, the interim tag was removed, and in the following season, Menin led the team to the CSAC Playoffs for the first time since 2013. The team took another leap in 2019 as it finished with 10 wins overall and a 5-4 mark in league games.
Menin has a history of coaching multiple sports at both the high school and collegiate levels. Before joining the volleyball staff at Clarks Summit, she served as the assistant softball coach for eight years, during which time the program was at its peak.
Getting her coaching career started at the high school level, Coach Menin served as the JV softball coach at Christopher Dock High School for a season before moving to Minnesota. There she immersed herself in the athletics world, coaching volleyball for five years and softball for four years at Owatonna Christian School.
During her collegiate days, Menin was a multi-sport athlete playing four years of volleyball and softball and playing a season of basketball. She earned all-conference accolades as a second baseman in back-to-back seasons.
Menin has a BA in Secondary Education, an M.Ed in Curriculum Design from Clarks Summit and a M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Wilkes. She served as an Associate Professor in the English and Communications department at Clarks Summit and also the Chair of Secondary and K-12 Education Programs.
