Hess returns for his second season with DelVal men's lacrosse in 2016. He will continue to work primarily with the Aggie goalies, offensive unit and the overall substitution game. In addition to his on-the-field responsibilities, Hess continues his efforts in the recruitment of prospective student-athletes and the academic mentorship of the current DelVal lacrosse team members.Â
Hess graduated from Frostburg State University in 2014 with a degree in economics and a concentration in quantitative economics. He was a four-year player and two-year captain with the Bobcats and notched 25 goals and 26 assists for 51 career points. He was a three-time, all-academic honoree and helped Frostburg State reach the Capital Athletic Conference and ECAC playoffs on two occasions.Â
Hess also coached with Low & Away lacrosse club, as well as at various lacrosse camps during his undergraduate career.Â
