One of the most decorated players in Aggie men’s basketball history, Beckett is in his second year on the staff of his alma mater and under his head coach in Casey Stitzel.
Beckett is one of just two players in program history to win two Freedom Conference championships and claim two NCAA Division III berths as helped lead the team to these accomplishments in both 2011 and 2013. He ended his career as Delaware Valley's all-time leader in blocked shots with 261. He finished third all-time in rebounds with 967 and fifth in scoring with 1,484 points.
Beckett was a second-team all-conference player in 2011 and 2012 before taking his game to a new level in 2013. He averaged a double-double (16.9 points, 10.9 rebounds) and finished tied for second in all of Division III with 18 double-doubles in 28 contests. The team won a school-record 19 wins (19-9), en route to a Freedom crown and NCAA berth. Beckett was named the Freedom Conference Player of the Year and tournament Most Valuable Player and was then selected as a d3hoops.com All-American.
Beckett graduated from Delaware Valley in 2013 with a degree in media and communication.
